The hard work is all over and now your handiwork is there for me to enjoy every day. I just wanted to put on paper to you how very pleased I am with the result, and although I had other estimates, I liked what you had done at my next door neighbours house with their conservatory and so I opted for you.

Right from my first discussions with you I liked what you seemed to represent, and your workmanship and end result have fulfilled everything I had in mind.
